The young Yemeni tennis player, the 10-year-old hero, Hammoud Iyad Al-Areeqi, was recently able to win the title of the Canal Zone Tennis Championship in Ismailia, Republic of Egypt, which was organized by the Egyptian Tennis Federation (individual championship under 12 years and the individual championship under 10 years).G1
In which more than 220 players, his players and the participants are strong players and according to the classification approved by the Egyptian Tennis Federation, Hammoud Iyad Al-Ariki participated in the two tournaments, and his classification was in an individual tournament under the age of 12 juniors, ranked 58 and ranked 10 in the individual tournament under 10 years.

Hammoud played in the U-10 Championship 6 matches and was able to win all the matches after providing a wonderful technical level through strong performance during the matches and was able to overcome the top ranked players in the tournament and with these results he won the first place and the Cup of the Canal Zone Championship in Ismailia City, the talent Hamoud Iyad, who is currently residing In the Arab Republic of Egypt with his family, which provides him with all the support and care for his rehabilitation and their keenness to be a hero at a high level and to represent Yemen well. According to his coach, Captain Hatem Jabr, Ban Hammoud is an outstanding and emerging talent in (tennis) and enjoys technical skills, speed and high fitness despite his young age. In record time, he was able to develop his technical and physical level, indicating that this young player will have a brilliant sporting future and have a great future by achieving many championships and reaching the desired goal that his mother seeks to have in the future.

The young and talented Hammoud is keen to train continuously and seeks to raise his level to qualify him to win championships and titles. It is accredited by the Egyptian Tennis Federation and participates in its tournaments in the name of (AcademyHG
tennis) and the most important achievements are as follows:
First place under 10 years in the Heliopolis club El-Shorouk championship, third place under 10 years in the Al-Tawfiqia club championship, third place and bronze medal under 12 years in the El Mokawloon championship, Cairo 2G
He participated in two European Championships in Serbia and Montenegro under 12 years old and was able to achieve advanced positions as his first international experience. It is worth mentioning that the young Hammoud participates in these tournaments at the expense of his mother.

All thanks and appreciation to the father of the player Hammoud for the support and care he provides him to highlight his talent and represent and raise the name of Yemen high. His father is also keen on permanent communication and coordination with the leadership of the Yemeni Tennis Federation in all the participations in which the talented Hamoud Iyad participates, and he hoped to participate soon with the Yemeni national team.
